Legacy Homes

Legacy Homes are homes or other property that are donated to Rush Homes. This can be a standard donation where the deed is signed over to us or an estate planning gift where the home is transferred to Rush Homes after your passing. In the latter case, the details of the gift are described in the donor's will. This is often a great option for aging parents who have adult children with disabilities still living at home. Once the parents pass, the adult child can stay in the home where he or she is comfortable and settled while Rush Homes takes ownership and begins property management of the home.

We are so grateful to have received one donation of property thus far. Many thanks to Fort Early Properties - Tom Seaman, Houston Crowder, and Russell Gregory - for donating their duplex at 1105 11th St.
