Adopt-A-Home
Do you have a group that would like to get more involved with Rush Homes?
If so, please consider adopting a home. Adopt-A-Home groups come out to their assigned home at least quarterly to do things like planting flowers, pulling up weeds, painting porches, staining decks, cleaning out gutters - basically whatever the home needs at that time. We have even had a group decorate their adopted home for Christmas! Most of our residents have disabilities that prevent them from being able to complete these basic tasks. Your partnership through the Adopt-A-Home program allows us to save our limited maintenance funds for major repairs.
For more information, please see the program guidelines link. To apply, you can fill out the online application or download the PDF file. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call at 434-455-2120 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We look forward to working with you!
