This fully wheelchair accessible duplex was new construction completed in 2004. Funding was provided by Virginia Housing Development Authority, Virginia Foundation for Housing Preservation (now Virginia Community Capital), City of Lynchburg HOME, Federal Home Loan Bank, Affordable Housing Program, Greater Lynchburg Community Trust (now Foundation), the Easley Foundation, Knights of Columbus Charities, the Plymale Foundation, The Junior League, and the Retail Merchants Association.
