Get on our waiting list

  • To be added to our general waiting list, call our office at (434) 455-2120 and speak with our staff or complete this online form. Being added to our waiting list does not mean you are eligible for this program. You will need to meet eligibility guidelines to be approved.

  • If your phone number, mailing address, status of having SSI, SSDI, a section 8 housing choice voucher, or need for wheelchair accessibility changes, please call our offices so that we may update your application.

  • Once on our general waiting list, we send notice of vacancies by mail to each person on our waiting list. If you are interested in the vacancy, request, receive, complete, and return an application to Rush Homes. We will consider all applicants who meet our requirements.

  • After evaluation, we list applicants in order of preference and position on the waiting list. Our property manager will contact you to begin the leasing process. All remaining applicants will maintain their same position on our general waiting list and will receive future vacancy notices.
