Rush Homes needs a Property and Asset Manager (PAM) on our team! We have nearly 100 homes (apartments and houses) for rent for people with disabilities who have low incomes and hundreds on our waiting list who need good homes. The PAM is our key player in leasing and maintaining all Rush Homes.

As the PAM, you will manage all of Rush Homes’ related housing in a manner that supports well managed properties, successful and stable tenant families, and positive financial outcomes. Leasing homes and ensuring compliance with a variety of funding sources including low income housing tax credits and HOME are critical components of your work. You will also serve as our expert in Fair Housing law and the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. You are at the center of Rush Homes’ mission.

We need a talented and organized person with a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience who has a heart for the Rush Homes’ mission and a willingness to serve on a team. Do you have experience in property and asset management, working with the public, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to work with all kinds of people from all walks of life and to build and nurture relationships, the willingness to take on new challenges, and the courage to ask for help and take responsibility?
