The project was funded by a Virginia Housing Development Authority SPARC loan, Department of Housing and Community Development, Federal Home Loan Bank, Affordable Housing Program, Genworth Foundation, The Greater Lynchburg Community Trust (now Foundation), the Easley Foundation and by private contributions.
